At the heart of our investment strategy is the willingness and ability to seek out proprietary deals with the simplest transaction.
We generally invest in special situations outside of those which appeal to the mainstream private equity community and we pride ourselves on our ability to transact quickly and confidentially.

Where we invest
We will typically invest in companies with enterprise values between £5 million and £25 million, with a targeted equity investment size of £500,000 – £5 million.
We take controlling equity positions, but can also invest in other parts of the capital structure, including mezzanine and senior debt to support equity-led transactions.

The approach we take is entrepreneurial. We think like entrepreneurs, not financiers. We turn our visions into reality by taking a hands-on commercial and pragmatic approach to business success.
Sectors & Niches
Our preference is to acquire businesses that have a strong heritage and an established track record in their chosen sector. Whilst we are sector agnostic, we are attracted to businesses and companies that have a strong brand presence and awareness.
